Job summary

Innovative Beauty Group (IBG) invites students to join its Procurement & SRM Data Management team in Amsterdam. The internship focuses on data management, supplier records, and SRM tool support within an international beauty environment.

You will help ensure data accuracy, organize supplier documents, and assist with reporting while gaining hands-on experience in procurement operations and supplier management.

What will you do as Procurement & SRM Data Management intern?

As a Procurement & SRM Data Management Intern, you will support the Procurement team with the launch and ongoing data management of our Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) tool. The SRM tool is a central platform containing supplier information and documentation. You will help ensure that supplier data is complete, accurate, well structured and ready to support effective supplier management.

You will be involved in, for example:

• Reviewing and correcting supplier records already uploaded in the SRM tool;
• Identifying missing supplier data and supporting its collection from internal stakeholders or Suppliers;
• Uploading and organising supplier-related documents in the system;
• Maintaining data-quality standards and following up on open data points;
• Supporting basic reporting on data completeness, progress and supplier information;
• Assisting the Procurement team with administrative activities related to supplier management.

By doing this, you will play an important role in creating a reliable and well‑organised supplier‑data foundation, helping the Procurement team work efficiently and enabling a smooth SRM launch.

• The ability to identify inconsistencies, missing information and duplicate records;
• Good organisational and time‑management skills;
• The ability to work independently while collaborating with Procurement, other internal stakeholders and suppliers;
• Good written and spoken English;
• An interest in purchasing, supplier management, supply chain or business operations;
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and confidence to ask questions when information is unclear.

This role would suit a student who is currently studying, or has recently graduated, in one of the following areas:

• Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Operations Management;
• Business Administration, International Business or Economics.

Experience with Excel, ERP, CRM, SRM or other database-driven business systems would be beneficial, but is not essential. The most important qualities are an interest in data quality, a proactive attitude, analytical ability and motivation to learn about procurement and supplier management.

Practical details

• Hours per week:32 hours.
• Duration:Approximately mid-/end October until the end of December 2026.A
• Location:IBG Netherlands – Amsterdam Sloterdijk (3 minutes walking form the station)

The exact end product of your internship will be defined together with you. It may include, for example, a supplier‑data quality overview, a data‑completeness report, a structured supplier-documentation overview or practical recommendations to support the further rollout and use of the SRM tool.
