Job summary

Henkel in Amsterdam is offering an internship opportunity focused on data consolidation, digitalization, and project tracking. You will assist with process documentation, master data review, and portfolio segmentation while collaborating across Henkel's HCB team.

Ideal candidates are Dutch university students (Bachelor/Master) with strong English, Excel skills, and an interest in procurement or contract manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or currently a Masters or Bachelor student at a Dutch University.
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Excel and analysis of big data sets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Available for a full-time/part-time internship starting October 1st or October 15th, 2026 (Set dates).

Responsibilities

• Support the team with process compilation and documentation to synchronize systems across functions.
• Review portfolio information in master data systems for efficient processing and reporting.
• Perform strategic segmentation of global portfolio for strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of a strategic roadmap for data consolidation and project tracking.
• Create and deliver presentations and workshops with team leads across subject areas.
• Support the Sustainability Agenda by ensuring quality of input and monitoring progress.
• Provide operational and content support to the training platform (Academy) for onboarding and capability development.
