Job summary

Innovative Beauty Group (IBG) invites students to join its Procurement & SRM Data Management team in Amsterdam. The internship focuses on data management, supplier records, and SRM tool support within an international beauty environment.

You will help ensure data accuracy, organize supplier documents, and assist with reporting while gaining hands-on experience in procurement operations and supplier management.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Procurement, Supply Chain or related field.
• Interest in data quality, procurement and supplier management.
• Comfort with databases and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support data management of the SRM tool and supplier records.
• Identify missing supplier data and collect it from stakeholders or suppliers.
• Upload and organize supplier documents in the system.
• Maintain data quality and follow up on open data points.
• Assist with basic reporting on data completeness and supplier information.
• Provide administrative support to the Procurement team.
