Job summary

Innovative Beauty Group Netherlands, based in Amsterdam, offers a Sales Support internship within the commercial sales team. You will support account managers, prepare meetings and customer presentations, and coordinate daily sales activities.

You will learn to use CRM systems and sales tools, prepare professional quotations, and contribute to proposals while collaborating with NPD, buying, operations and marketing. 32 hours/week, 4–6 months, Amsterdam Sloterdijk.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant study program (commercial, business, communication, marketing) or similar.
• Interest in cosmetics, brands and retail with a commercial mindset.
• Willingness to learn CRM processes and sales procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support account managers and project managers in managing customer accounts and daily sales projects.
• Prepare quotations, sample requests and customer presentations.
• Maintain CRM data, sales pipeline and customer files.
• Collect customer and market information to support the sales process.
• Coordinate follow-up with internal teams for timely customer responses.
• Assist in commercial reports and sales analyses for customer meetings.
