The role emphasizes collaboration, deadline discipline, and proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI. This is an internship offering hands-on experience across P2P processes and supplier qualification.

Responsibilities

• Assist purchasing with market research to understand prices and suppliers.

• Contribute to cost-optimisation and efficiency-raising projects.
• Support supplier qualification processes.
• Assist Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Maintain and update SAP data related to processes.

Overview Of Your Responsibilities

• Supporting the purchasing team in doing market research to better understand the situation, prices, and potential suppliers;
• Following market changes and price trends to better understand strategy for the future;
• Supporting data analysis and reporting (trends, costs, vendor performances, benchmarking);
• Supporting the team in conducting cost‑optimizing and effectiveness‑raising projects;
• Supporting supplier qualification process;
• Supporting P2P (Procure‑to‑pay) process;
• Managing and updating data related to the processes in the SAP system.

Who Are We Looking For
