Job summary

Prysmian invites motivated English-speaking students to join our purchasing team as interns. You will engage in market research, price trend analysis, and data reporting to support procurement decisions in a fast-changing international environment.

The role offers exposure to P2P processes and supplier qualification activities in a global setting. You will develop Excel, Power Query and Power BI skills while collaborating with cross-cultural teams and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Applicant is an English‑speaking motivated student.
• Interest in processes of the purchasing department.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the purchasing team with market research to understand prices and potential suppliers.
• Track market changes and price trends to inform future strategy.
• Assist with Data analysis and Reporting (trends, costs, vendor performance, benchmarking).
• Support cost-optimizing and efficiency-improvement projects.
• Assist with supplier qualification processes.
• Support P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
• Maintain and update SAP data relevant to procurement processes.
