Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company is seeking a Process Transformation Manager for Global Rewards to drive operational excellence, standardise processes and digitise data flows across the function. You will partner with Rewards experts, People teams and technology partners to translate business needs into scalable processes and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Data, Technology or related field.
• Significant experience in Reward, HR operations, HR transformation, HR systems, process management, analytics or related field.
• Process transformation: experience in standardisation, optimisation, automation and/or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence & Process Transformation: manage and improve central Global Rewards processes, data flows and communications for high-quality service delivery.
• Standardisation & Automation: lead standardisation and automation of compensation processes for non-senior populations.
• MyHR Compensation: lead development and implementation of the Compensation module within MyHR, including guidance and training.
• Rewards Operations: oversee Annual Salary Review, Annual STI, LTIP administration and Global Mobility payroll processes.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness via technology, data and process optimisation.
