Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is looking for a Senior Delivery Analyst to lead Reward Delivery within People Services. You will support global Total Rewards processes with a customer-centric approach and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compensation programs across multiple countries.

The role emphasizes Mercer IPE job evaluations, Workday configuration, and advanced Excel analytics to enable accurate slotting, dashboards, and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in global compensation and benefits analysis and design.
• Experience performing job evaluation using Mercer IPE.
• Proficiency in managing and optimizing global HR processes in Workday.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills to track and improve metrics.
• Collaborative mindset with internal and external partners.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Total Rewards Design Team to deliver cohesive compensation, benefits and mobility solutions.
• Lead the global delivery of annual compensation cycles and ensure seamless execution.
• Drive job evaluation accuracy and re-evaluation using Mercer IPE within the framework.
• Leverage Workday to execute global processes, optimize configurations, reports and dashboards.
• Handle complex compensation frameworks, supporting Short Term Incentives and merit cycles.
• Act as SME for Reward Analysts and promote cross-functional collaboration.
