Job summary

Alcami is a leading global CDMO. Our Etten-Leur site, formerly known as Tjoapack, seeks a Process Trainer passionate about Lean and developing people.

You will coach on the shop floor, drive 5S, Kaizen, and Visual Management, and help embed a culture of operational excellence. Dutch and English communication is required.

Qualifications

• MBO+ or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production, Logistics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a production environment, preferably within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Experience with Lean methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, Visual Management and Standard Work. A Lean Yellow or Green Belt certification is an advantage.
• Experience coaching, training or guiding employees.
• Knowledge of cGMP/cGDP is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of both Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and Visual Management.
• Identify process improvements, eliminate waste, and translate opportunities into practical solutions.
• Coach operators and team leaders in Lean methodologies and standard ways of working.
• Develop, maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Deliver classroom and on-the-job training on Lean principles and operational standards.
• Support Root Cause Analyses (RCA), CAPAs, Change Controls, and Risk Assessments.
• Drive daily performance management through KPI boards and stand-up meetings.
• Build engagement and ownership for continuous improvement across the production floor.

Together, we help deliver life-saving medicines safely and reliably to patients around the world.

We're looking for a Process Trainerwho is passionate about Lean, continuous improvement and developing people. In this role, you'll support our Packaging Operations teams by coaching colleagues, improving processes, and embedding a culture of operational excellence. You'll report to the Continuous Improvement Manager and work closely with teams on the shop floor.

What You'll Do

As Process Trainer you'll help our teams improve the way we work by coaching colleagues and leading improvement initiatives.

Your responsibilities include:

You bring:
