Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES in Breda is seeking a Clinical Packaging Operator to execute manual labeling and packaging of clinical trial medicinal products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs.

You will work in a regulated environment, support room temperature and 2-8°C cold room packaging, and collaborate with an international team to maintain quality throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in manual packaging, preferably within pharmaceutical or GMP environments.
• Strong focus on quality and performance.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills.
• Good communication and ability to work in an international team.
• Experience with SAP or MES is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual clinical packaging and labeling activities in line with standard operating procedures
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency
• Escalate issues or deviations as needed
• Take ownership of all tasks within your scope, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Complete all required training on time, adhering to corporate standards
• Manage batch-related logistics processes to ensure smooth operations
• Support packaging in both room temperature and cold room conditions (2‑8°C) as required
