MSD Boxmeer is seeking an Improvement Engineer to drive process optimization and technology transfers within the IPT Antigen organization. You will lead cross-functional projects, coordinate site transfers, and support investigations to ensure compliant, efficient production.

We value a strong background in GMP environments, project management, and continuous improvement methodologies, with fluency in Dutch and English. The role offers extensive growth opportunities at our Boxmeer site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/biotech).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional improvement and transfer projects across the IPT.
• Act as Site Transfer Coordinator for product transfers between development and manufacturing sites.
• Support investigations and root cause analyses with data-driven approaches.
• Develop business cases, project plans, and implementation strategies.
• Review GMP-related documentation and support inspections.
