Job summary

G2 are partnering with a market leader near Alkmaar, North Holland, seeking a Process Engineer for a permanent role. You will contribute across scale-up production from R&D to validation, focusing on GMP-compliant development in lab and cleanroom settings, with opportunities for progression.

Fluent English is essential; Dutch is a plus. The role offers a structured development path and training to advance your skills in innovation and development phases of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biotech, pharmaceuticals, or similar.
• Background in process engineering, continuous improvement and scale up production/validation.
• Experience working on process documentation, GMP, CAPAs, etc.

Responsibilities

• Work on scale-up for production processes from R&D to validation phases.
• Ensure GMP compliance across projects and processes.
• Bridge lab/cleanrooms work with documentation and regulatory records.
