Job summary

MCO Health BV, part of Nestlé Health Science, is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead the design, optimization and implementation of new production lines in Almere, Netherlands, on a full-time basis.

You will coordinate with Operations, Quality, Safety, Engineering and Procurement to ensure timely delivery, compliance with standards and smooth integration of processes, equipment and start-up activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering with 6–10 years in process engineering.
• Experience in capital projects from design to start-up.
• Experience in FMCG/food/pharma is advantageous.
• Knowledge of hygienic design and cleanroom concepts.
• Familiarity with safety, health and environmental standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead process-related activities within project teams.
• Drive process design, development and optimization for new lines.
• Manage project scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Safety, Engineering and Procurement.
• Ensure compliance with standards, safety regulations and local law.
• Define process parameters, workflows and performance metrics.
• Support equipment selection and integration.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, validation and start-up.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous and process improvement initiatives.
