Job summary

ENTER bv is seeking a Process Technologist to turn R&D concepts into scalable production within our Production Engineering team. You will design, verify, and validate new processes, working with cross-disciplinary partners to optimize performance.

The role requires hands-on experience with process systems, strong analytical skills, and effective communication. English fluency is essential, with Dutch or German as a plus, and local candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Technology.
• 3-5 years of experience in a high-tech environment.
• Hands-on experience in modifying or building process systems.
• Knowledge of electrochemistry (non-petrochemical focus).
• Strong analytical skills, able to calculate fluid flows and perform mass balance analyses.
• Practical mindset and willingness to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Based in the region (local candidate preferred).
• Fluent in English; Dutch or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Developing and detailing technical solutions for new processes and products, including verification and validation.
• Analyzing process performance and data to achieve continuous improvement using methodologies (DFMEA, DoE, SPC, Lean Six Sigma).
• Strong collaboration and communication with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure smooth transfer of processes to production with comprehensive work instructions and training.
