Job summary

Holland Capital, a private equity firm based in Amsterdam, seeks a full-time intern to support its buy-out team. You will learn all facets of the investment process, from sourcing to due diligence and model building, while gaining hands-on experience with real deals.

Ideal candidates are ambitious masters students with strong academic records, fluency in Dutch and English, and prior exposure to IB/M&A/PE consulting.

Qualifications

• Ambitious student with excellent academic performance.
• Analytical, charismatic and pragmatic with a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written English and Dutch.
• Bachelor completed and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the buy-out team in all phases of the investment process.
• Source attractive investment opportunities and screen inbound deal-flow.
• Perform due diligence on commercial, strategic and financial aspects.
• Build financial models to support the investment thesis.
• Conduct extensive market research in themes within target sectors and engage with founders/managers.
