Job summary

IK Partners Limited is seeking interns for the Benelux team to support deal activity in 2027. You will assist with appraisal of opportunities, work on financial modelling, and support management teams across portfolio companies in the Benelux region.

The internship provides hands-on investing and operational experience across diverse sectors, starting January 2027. The role offers on-the-job training, exposure to private equity workflows, and a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic focus in finance/economics and/or engineering.
• Internship experience in private equity/venture capital, investment banking or consulting preferred.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Financial literacy and strong analytical mindset.
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Performing market and industry research.
• Identifying and analysing investment opportunities.
• Detailed analysis of financial and corporate information.
• Building operating models and valuation exercises.
• Supporting execution of M&A transactions and financings.
• Assisting portfolio company management with strategic initiatives.
