Holland Capital, an independent private equity firm with offices in Amsterdam and Düsseldorf, offers a full-time internship as Junior Investment Analyst. Over five months you will learn all steps of the investment process, source deals, run due diligence, build financial models, and conduct market research while engaging with founders and managers.

The role requires an analytical, proactive mindset, strong communication, and fluency in Dutch and English; MS Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor completed and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Strong academic track record and exposure to finance-related areas.
Fluent in Dutch and English with solid communication skills.
Preferably internship experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Private Equity, or strategy consulting.

Responsibilities

Support the buy-out team in all phases of the investment process.
Source attractive investment opportunities and screen inbound deal-flow.
Perform due diligence on commercial, strategic and financial levels.
Build financial models to support investment theses.
Conduct market research in themes of interest within target sectors and markets.
Actively participate in meetings with founders and managers.
