Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Dutch.

• Understanding of valuation theory and methods.
• Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills.
• Interest in M&A and related advisory fields.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of client materials and market analyses.
• Support financial modelling, valuation analyses and due diligence.
• Gain exposure to M&A, Debt, or Equity advisory assignments for clients.
