Job summary

83zero Ltd seeks a technically minded Technical Support Consultant to join its European team in Almere/remote-friendly setup. You will handle direct customer support, installations, and pre-sales activities for print management software.

Key duties include troubleshooting PaperCut MF/NG, Windows Server environments, and collaborating across Europe to resolve issues while delivering demos and training. Flexibility to travel for installations is available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with PaperCut MF/NG or similar print management software.
• Experience supporting Windows Server and Windows client environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows print servers, print queues and printer driver deployments.
• Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP and firewall connectivity.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a logical, methodical approach to resolving technical issues.
• Confidence communicating with customers and explaining technical solutions.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider technical team.
• Fluent Dutch and a good working level of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and reseller partners via phone, email and remote sessions.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot print management and scanning software.
• Support PaperCut MF/NG and other managed print solutions.
• Troubleshoot Windows print servers, queues, drivers and connectivity issues.
• Reproduce issues in virtual test environments for analysis.
• Work with Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID and SQL Server environments.
• Offer technical guidance during pre-sales discussions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, webinars and technical training.
• Assist with on-site installations and customer workshops in the Benelux region.
• Collaborate with European colleagues to share knowledge and resolve issues.
• Assist with internal IT infrastructure and support when needed.
