Job summary

83zero Ltd in the Netherlands is looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join an established international software company specialising in print management and document solutions. You will install, configure and support print management solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide technical consultancy, pre-sales support and product demonstrations across the Benelux region.

Fluent Dutch and good working English are essential, with hands-on experience in PaperCut MF/NG or similar

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with PaperCut MF/NG or similar Print Management Software.
• Strong Windows Server and networking knowledge.
• Experience supporting print infrastructure and troubleshooting technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and support print management solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across customer environments.
• Provide technical consultancy, pre-sales support and product demonstrations.
• Customer training and occasional site visits as needed.

I'm recruiting for a Technical Support Consultant to join an established international software company specialising in print management and document solutions!

Office-based or remote, depending on your location

You'll be joining a collaborative European technical team, supporting customers and partners across the Benelux region, with the opportunity to get involved in:

• Installing, configuring and supporting print management solutions
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Working with PaperCut MF/NG and other print technologies
• Technical consultancy, pre-sales and product demonstrations
• Customer training, installations and occasional site visits

Who would be a great fit?

We're looking for someone with:

• Hands-on experience with PaperCut or similar Print Management Software
• Strong Windows Server and networking knowledge
• Experience supporting print infrastructure and troubleshooting technical issues
• A proactive, customer-focused approach
• Fluent Dutch and good working English
• Experience with uniFLOW, Equitrac, YSoft SAFEQ, Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta or Kyocera would be a real bonus!
