Job summary

Celonis seeks a Principal Value Engineer to drive global AI and data-driven transformations for Fortune 500 customers. You will partner with CxOs to reimagine operating models and steer multi-year programs delivering strong ROI across the Celonis Platform.

As a senior leader, you will guide a team of engineers and consultants in value realization, enterprise strategy, and value workshops, while collaborating with product and engineering to align roadmaps with macro trends.

Qualifications

10+ years of deep, expert-level experience in Management Consulting, Value Engineering, or Enterprise Strategy.
Unmatched strategic understanding of global IT architectures and SaaS ecosystems.
Entrepreneurial mindset with global account leadership experience.
Global authority on value realization and enterprise process excellence.
Flawless English and Dutch communication; boardroom presence.

Responsibilities

Value Selling & Realization: define how Celonis serves as the foundational intelligence layer for the customer’s global AI strategy and target hundred-million-dollar value realization.
Stakeholder Management: mobilize executive sponsorship and align silos around a transformation vision; architect CoE strategy.
Program Management: steer multi-year, global mega-transformations and account planning governance.
Platform & AI Fluency: lead AI-fluent operations; guide teams to deliver customized enterprise solutions.
Scale Value: shape global expansion roadmaps with Product & Engineering leadership.
