Qualifications
- Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics or Microelectronics.
- Extensive experience in Analog IC Layout.
- Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre, and sign-off methodologies.
- Experience with mixed-signal and power management products.
- Proven track record delivering complex developments from concept to tape-out.
- Excellent communication and technical leadership.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex analog and mixed-signal layout developments and drive floorplanning.
- Support multiple projects, mitigate layout risks, and sign-off readiness.
- Develop and promote layout methodologies; mentor engineers.
