Job summary

Progressive is seeking an experienced Analog IC Engineer with a focus on power management for a 6-month hybrid engagement in the Eindhoven region of the Netherlands. The role supports an innovative semiconductor start-up and offers 1-2 days on-site with flexible remaining days.

You will design and optimize power management ICs, contribute to DC/DC converter architectures, and collaborate with analog, digital, and system teams to deliver efficient energy solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience as Analog IC Designer or PMIC Designer.
• Strong expertise in DC/DC converters, voltage regulation, power conversion, and switched-capacitor architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analog circuits for power management applications.
• Work on DC/DC converter architectures and voltage conversion solutions.
• Design low-power ICs for semiconductor products.
