Job summary

adm Indicia is seeking an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager in the Netherlands, based in Rotterdam. You will manage Premiums opportunities end-to-end, build strong client relationships, and identify new revenue opportunities across brands and campaigns.

You will work in an Account Management team, coordinating with sourcing partners and internal specialists to deliver on briefs, with a hybrid work model and a proactive commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in Premiums or related marketing services.
• Experience managing premiums from brief through sourcing/production to delivery.
• Fluent Dutch and a good level of English.
• Ability to work on a hybrid basis, including three days per week at the Rotterdam client office.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders as a proactive Premiums partner.
• Identify and develop Premiums opportunities across brands and business areas.
• Maintain a forward-looking Premiums pipeline aligned to activation calendars.
• Develop understanding of client stakeholders to anticipate opportunities before briefs.
• Bring new Premiums ideas and concepts to clients proactively.
• Grow revenue through repeat projects and cross-division opportunities.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and contribute to account growth.
