Job summary

adm Indicia in the Netherlands is seeking an Account Manager to lead Premiums projects from brief to delivery. You will build strong relationships, identify opportunities beyond briefs, and manage campaigns across multiple client teams.

This role requires 3+ years in Premiums or related marketing services, strong Dutch and English, and a hybrid work pattern with three days on-site at the client's office. Hybrid working and collaboration with sourcing partners are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience within Premiums, promotional merchandise or related marketing services.
• Experience managing Premiums or branded-product projects end-to-end.
• Professional level of Dutch and English is required.
• Ability to work on a hybrid basis, including three days per week at the client's office.

Responsibilities

• Client development and growth: build trusted relationships and identify opportunities.
• Premiums development and delivery: translate briefs into viable Premiums solutions from briefing to delivery.
• Account management: be the day-to-day contact and manage budgets, timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate internal teams, sourcing partners and suppliers to ensure on-time progress.
• Maintain visibility over project budgets, approvals and key milestones.
• Ensure projects meet brand, quality, sustainability and process requirements.
