Job summary

Samsonite is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our concessions at de Bijenkorf in Amsterdam and support teams across Eindhoven, Rotterdam, Utrecht and The Hague. You will drive commercial performance, coach senior sales staff, and ensure a premium brand experience in every location.

You will combine strong operational leadership with keen commercial insight, translating KPIs into actionable plans, maintaining store standards, and travel regularly between sites.

Qualifications

• Proven Store Manager experience in premium retail.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management.
• Analytical with ability to translate KPIs into plans.
• Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and ownership mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Willing to travel regularly between locations.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales performance across concessions and implement targeted actions to achieve business objectives.
• Identify commercial opportunities and translate them into concrete initiatives on the shop floor.
• Work closely with the Senior Sales Advisors to continuously improve results.
• Coach, motivate, and develop the teams across the different concessions.
• Inspire employees by sharing best practices and fostering a strong customer-focused culture.
• Support workforce planning, onboarding activities, and employee development.
• Ensure customers enjoy a premium Samsonite experience in every location.
• Monitor service standards and ensure teams maintain a high level of product knowledge.
• Act as a true brand ambassador and bring Samsonite's values to life every day.
• Ensure the correct execution of procedures, stock management, and operational processes.
• Maintain a consistent and attractive store presentation across all locations.
• Oversee the successful implementation of promotions, campaigns, and commercial activities.
