What we ask
As a Gluing and Coating Employee, you are responsible for carefully assembling, gluing and coating printed circuit boards. You work according to work instructions, drawings and IPC standards and use equipment such as a dispenser, hand and measuring tools, and coating machines. You place printed circuit boards in product‑specific fixtures, manually apply different types of glue and apply coating both manually and by machine. You also perform assembly work, repair deviations from the gluing process and register identified errors in the system. When questions or deviations arise, you consult your team leader and colleagues from Quality or Engineering. After an onboarding period of approximately three months, you are expected to independently perform straightforward gluing, coating and assembly tasks and proactively ask for support when needed.
