Job summary

Neways Electronics International NV seeks a Module Assembly Technician to join our high-tech production environment. You will assemble electrical and mechanical modules, racks, and cabinets, following strict instructions and quality standards in both cleanroom and non-cleanroom areas.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely delivery within two shifts. You will work hands-on with tools, read technical documents, and support continuous improvements while ensuring high-quality outputs for

Qualifications

• VMBO/MBO technical background in electrical and/or mechanical fields.
• Ability to read wiring lists and electrical diagrams.
• Experience with assembly work using tools such as screwdrivers, crimping tools, soldering equipment, multimeters and wrenches.
• Good command of the English language to communicate in a diverse team.
• Strong focus on safety and familiarity with OH&S, environmental regulations, ESD rules, 6S and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Delivering products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Working according to safety regulations, IPC standards and company rules.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and structured workplace.
• Preparing by collecting orders, materials and tools, inspecting components and ordering new materials as needed.
• Reading wiring lists and assembling components per work instructions.
• Inspecting orders for material completeness and verifying wiring and cabinet assembly.
• Coaching new colleagues and assessing progress with the Team Leader.
• Handling administrative tasks such as forms, material orders, and updating records.
