Job summary

Neways Electronics is seeking a Module Assembly Technician to build electrical and mechanical modules, racks and cabinets with precision. You’ll work in a high‑tech environment, across cleanroom and production areas, following strict instructions to ensure on‑time delivery and top quality.

You bring a VMBO/MBO technical background and the ability to read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics. Proficiency with screwdrivers, crimping tools, soldering equipment, multimeters and wrenches is

Qualifications

• VMBO/MBO technical background in electrical and/or mechanical fields.
• Able to read wiring lists, instructions and electrical diagrams.
• Experience with assembly using tools such as screwdrivers, crimping tools, soldering equipment, multimeters and wrenches.
• Good command of English to communicate in a diverse, international team.
• Strong focus on safety, OH&S, environmental regulations, 6S and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Work according to safety regulations, IPC standards and company rules.
• Maintain a safe, clean and structured workplace.
• Read wiring lists, instructions and electrical diagrams and assemble components into complete products.
• Train and support new colleagues and assess progress with the Team Leader.
• Handle administrative tasks such as forms, material orders, returns and registrations.
• Block damaged parts, order materials when shortages occur, and propose improvements.
