Job summary

NTS Precision Eindhoven is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Machining to determine how complex μm-precision parts are made, including quoting, routings, tooling, and process improvements. You will start on the shop floor as a CNC Miller and grow into a full work-planner role, coordinating between customers, designers, and production teams.

You will balance customer requirements with internal efficiency, gain experience with hyperMILL and Navision, and contribute to continuous improvements across

Qualifications

• Completed technical education at least at MBO 4 level such as Mechanical Engineering or All-round Machining
• Experience as a work planner, estimator, or CNC programmer in machining or ambition to develop
• Experience with μm accuracy and reading technical drawings
• Good knowledge of Excel; knowledge of measurement techniques is a plus
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM tools and ERP systems is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Handle quotation processes: calculations and quotes from customer docs
• Assess customer documentation and manufacturability; advise on design for manufacturability
• Guide NPI processes with customers and designers
• Create routings and machining plans with setup times and sequencing
• Design tools and fixtures for complex products; support and guide workers
• Organize First Article Inspections (FAI), PFMEA, TAS and production documentation
