NTS Drachten is looking for a CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our high-precision production team. You will operate modern 3- and 5-axis CNC machines, program and monitor quality, and collaborate with engineering to keep products manufacturable.

You’ll handle both volume production and challenging NPI projects with micron-level tolerances. You have a technical MBO level 3/4 education, experience with CNC operation and programming, and familiarity with CAD/CAM systems (TopSolid preferred).

Competenze

• A completed technical education at MBO level 3 or 4, preferably in Machining or Mechanical Engineering.
• Demonstrable experience in the independent operation and/or programming of CNC machines.
• Experience with CAD/CAM systems, preferably TopSolid.
• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work two shifts (6:00 AM–2:30 PM and 2:15 PM–11:00 PM).

Mansioni

• Independently set up, operate, and optimize modern CNC machines.
• Programming of complex products in CAM software, preferably TopSolid.
• Monitoring the quality of your own work in accordance with strict tolerances.
• Preparing setups and checking tools, products, and materials from drawings and instructions.
• Manufacturing unique, ultra-precise products, mostly single pieces.
