Job summary

Frencken Machining B.V. (Eindhoven) is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Machining to drive NPI and industrialization projects in Eindhoven and related facilities.

You will translate customer requirements into scalable manufacturing solutions, optimize processes, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. The role requires 5+ years in machining environments, strong knowledge of PFMEA and control plans, and a proactive, analytical mindset with excellent English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Mechatronics or related field.
• 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in machining or high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience leading NPI and industrialization projects.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturability assessments and support RFQ activities.
• Act as the technical link between customers and internal teams.
• Lead NPI and industrialization projects from concept to production.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes and related documentation.
• Improve production performance in quality, cost, delivery, and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
• Resolve complex manufacturing issues and support engineering changes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams.
