Job summary

HQ Plastics is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to ensure precise, efficient manufacturing of high-quality plastic components in Eindhoven. You will set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, write and adapt CNC programs, and monitor product quality throughout production.

You will collaborate with programmers, engineers and quality teams to resolve deviations, implement improvements, and drive production efficiency while meeting tight specifications and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• WritING, adapting and optimising CNC programs.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, work orders and specifications.
• Setting up CNC mills and/or lathes machines.
• Monitoring the quality of products during the production process.
• Resolving deviations in the production process that result from programming.
• Contributing to improvements in the production process.

Responsibilities

• Writing, adapting and optimising CNC programs.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, work orders and specifications.
• Setting up CNC mills and/or lathes machines.
• Monitoring the quality of products during the production process.
• Resolving deviations in the production process that result from programming.
• Contributing to improvements in the production process.
• Reporting progress and deviations to supervisor or work preparation.
