Job summary

HQ Plastics in Eindhoven is seeking a CNC Operator to set up, operate and optimize production on advanced CNC mills and lathes. You will help ensure parts meet tight quality standards and customer expectations.

Working closely with programmers, engineers and quality teams, you will read drawings, write and adapt CNC programs, monitor product quality, and resolve deviations while driving process improvements on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience writing, adapting CNC programs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work orders and specs.
• Setting up CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Ensuring product quality and tolerances on the shop floor.
