Job summary

Nozomi Networks in the Netherlands is seeking a Sales Engineer to act as the technical point of contact, working with the Regional Sales Director to drive excellence in the region across the full sales cycle and beyond.

In this role you will support customers and partners during pre-sales, sales and post-sales activities, qualify opportunities from a technical perspective, and design architectures to include in quotations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles in security or IT.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and security concepts.
• CCNA or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and partners during pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and design architectures for quotations.
• Serve as the technical focal point for communications with customers and partners.
• Follow up on issues and feature requests with internal teams.
• Enable and train partners to position, sell, and support the solutions.
