Job summary

Bugaboo Group is offering a Global PR & Influencer Marketing Internship at our Amsterdam headquarters for 6 months, starting September 2026. Join a strategic marketing team and support global Communications, PR and Influencer initiatives while contributing to brand campaigns for new and existing products.

You will gain hands-on experience in press materials, influencer collaborations, and cross-functional branding efforts within a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Strategic and creative mindset with genuine interest in brand marketing and social media.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and comfortable presenting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Help with managing global press releases, media kits, and pitch materials for product launches and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate PR and influencer seeding of product samples.
• Monitor media coverage and compile press clippings and coverage reports.
• Research and identify global brand ambassadors and influencers.
• Organize and maintain our global ambassador and media contact database.
• Create influencer briefs and campaign guidelines for collaborations.
• Support the monthly delivery of an internal company newsletter and internal communications.
• Manage influencer outreach, support negotiations and relationship building.
• Track influencer campaign performance and consolidate results across markets.
• Research emerging consumer trends and brand marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on retail/e-tail marketing toolkits and presentations.
• Support Corporate Communications and brand reputation governance.

Education

3rd or 4th year HBO or University student in Commercial Economy, (Digital) Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion, Communication or related fields

The Internship

The Global Brand Team is a strategic marketing function that is responsible for building a compelling and consistent consumer-centric brand. As a Global PR & Influencer Marketing Intern, you will support the Global Brand team in their mission and bring to life the Bugaboo brand positioning across Global Communications, PR and Influencer marketing initiatives. You will support the development and execution of global marketing strategy, Communications plans and campaigns for new and existing products. Join our team at our headquarters in Amsterdam for 6 months ideally starting in September 2026!

Your responsibilities

• Help with managing global press releases, media kits, and pitch materials for product launches and brand initiatives

• Coordinate PR and influencer seeding of product samples

• Monitor media coverage and compile press clippings and coverage reports

• Research and identify global brand ambassadors and influencers

• Organize and maintain our global ambassador and media contact database

• Create influencer briefs and campaign guidelines for collaborations

• Support the monthly delivery of an internal company newsletter as well as internal communications

• Manage influencer outreach, support with negotiations and relationship building

• Track influencer campaign performance and combine results across different markets

• Conduct ongoing competitor analysis within the parental/baby category across earned media channel

• Research emerging consumer trends, cultural moments and brand marketing opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on retail/e‑tail marketing toolkits and presentations

• Support on Corporate Communications and to discover more on brand reputation governance

About you

• You have a strategic and creative mindset with genuine interest in brand marketing and social media

• You like to stay on top of with cultural trends and conversations across all kinds of media

• You have aesthetic judgment, attention to detail, a natural curiosity with proactive approach to initiatives

• You have high standards of organization and precision in all aspects of your work

• You are a 3rd or 4th year Higher Vocational Education (HBO) or University student in Commercial Economy, (Digital) Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion, Communication or related fields

• You do well both in collaborative team environments and when working independently

• You are eager to learn with an enthusiastic and curious mindset

You are fluent in English (spoken and written) and comfortable presenting;

Eligibility

In-line with the Dutch legislation, your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a School or University for the full duration of the internship. In addition,one of the following must apply:

• You are an EU citizen,
• You are on a Family/Partner visa, or
• Student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third‑party agreement.
