Leonardo Hotels Benelux is hiring a PR & Communications Manager Benelux to shape integrated B2B and B2C communications for 28 hotels across the Netherlands and Belgium. You will lead media relations, content, partnerships and campaigns from our Amsterdam office.

The role includes managing the social media team, coordinating with internal teams and agencies, and delivering measurable brand results. This maternity cover lasts six months and requires fluent Dutch and English in a fast-moving

As PR & Communications Manager Benelux, you shape and deliver integrated B2B and B2C communications for our 28 hotels. You strengthen brand awareness and reputation through media relations, compelling content, partnerships and campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external agencies. You have two direct reports within the social media team.

• Minimum three years’ experience in PR, communications or marketing, preferably within hospitality, travel or leisure.

• Proven ability to manage projects, external agencies, media relationships and strategic partnerships independently.

• Fluent Dutch is mandatory, with excellent written and spoken English.

• Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-moving Benelux environment.

• The role is based at our Amsterdam office, with regular office presence expected.

• This is a maternity cover for 6 months
