We’re looking for a Dutch‑speaking PR Manager to drive standout press coverage and shape storytelling across top‑tier titles and tastemakers. In this role, you’ll turn strategy into meaningful media impact in order elevate the international hospitality and lifestyle brands we represent.
What you’ll do
- Reporting to the Head of PR, you will manage PR accounts in close collaboration with our PR team of 3 PR Managers and a Head of PR.
- Act as a strategic partner for PR client accounts, elevating client PR strategies and activation, across print/online/social media/broadcast channels with a primary focus on earned media.
- Creating realistic, creative and effective PR plans and PR campaign strategies.
- Collaborate and support PR colleagues where required to secure earned media, brainstorming creative brand messaging and storytelling across all luxury lifestyle, travel and hospitality clients.
- Press release writing, press kit creation and other required PR assets, with a keen eye for detail.
- Updating monthly reporting of PR accounts
- Strengthen and expand media relationships with key journalists, editors, influencers/VIP/creators and talent agencies.
- Identify brand partnerships in order to generate PR coverage reaching new target audiences.
- Regular client calls and meetings to provide, advise and ensure alignment of business objectives, results and PR strategy.
- Contribute to new business development through proposals, pitch decks, client cases and strategic PR recommendations.
- Occasional travel to clients or attending media/industry events, which may require you to work outside your regular office hours.
- Become a key team member within a rapidly growing agency and working together with colleagues of other departments within the agency.
This is you
- Min. 3‑5 years experience working in lifestyle PR.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English in written and verbal. German language skills are a plus.
- Pro‑active and solid commercial knowledge and understanding of business acumen used in the industry.
- Familiarity with luxury, boutique, and lifestyle brands.
- A natural in relationship building. A network of media and VIP/celebrities/influencers and knowledge of the media landscape in The Benelux.
- The desire to grow our network of international media relations in DACH and Scandinavia.
- Dynamic, able to level with C‑executives as well as junior level.
- A hands‑on mentality, a problem solver, highly adaptable and the ability to multitask across a diverse range of clients. Being able to keep calm and a helicopter view whilst under pressure.
- Keeping the right balance between driving results for our PR accounts, as well as the profitability of the PR accounts.
- An analytical mindset and sense of aesthetics in order to present our results in the best possible way.
- Residing within a commutable distance of Amsterdam.
- Driving licence Bis a plus.
What we offer
- An opportunity for 32‑40 hours per week
- A salary range (based on 40 hrs/pw) of 3 000 euro – 4 000 euro (medior level), 3 750 euro – 4 750 euro (senior level), based on relevant experience and fit.
