Zusammenfassung

Huxley is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to govern and shape the Commerce & Supply Chain change portfolio within a fast-paced, international retail environment. You will consolidate departmental roadmaps into a single integrated portfolio and drive strategic prioritisation with business, IT, and BI stakeholders.

Reporting to the Head of Project & Portfolio Management, you will establish governance, manage investments, and provide executive-level reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree (MSc)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Portfolio Management within a large and fast-paced organisation
• Proven experience in Change Management and Project Management
• Experience within Supply Chain, Commerce, Retail or related industries is highly preferred
• Strong people management and leadership capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Analytical and structured mindset
• Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders
• Ability to operate cross-functionally and beyond departmental boundaries
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude
• Fluent English required; Dutch is a plus

• Track portfolio performance, risks, dependencies, and overall health
• Escalate strategic risks and conflicts to senior leadership; support strategic planning and investment decision-making
• Maintain transparency regarding portfolio status, priorities, and changes
• Present portfolio performance reports to executive management
• Lead and coach a team of 6-8 Medior Project Managers

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join a dynamic Change organisation within a fast-paced international retail environment. Reporting directly to the Head of Project & Portfolio Management, you will play a key role in shaping and governing the overall change portfolio across Commerce and Supply Chain. The primary focus of this position is to consolidate departmental roadmaps into a single integrated portfolio, ensuring alignment between business, IT, Business Intelligence, process management, and project delivery teams. You will be responsible for portfolio governance, strategic prioritisation, investment processes, and executive-level reporting.
