Sire Search seeks a Project Manager A to lead complex HSE initiatives from concept to implementation and operational integration.

You will collaborate with safety specialists, operations, and external stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into measurable outcomes, ensuring governance and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• HBO/WO degree in Engineering, Safety Management, Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in project/program management within complex industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Proven expertise in transformation, change management, risk management, and project governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with a valid VCA VOL certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary HSE projects from initiation through implementation and handover.
• Develop project plans, business cases, budgets, and approaches aligned with strategic and legal requirements.
• Manage project governance, risks, scope, planning, and expected benefits.

About the Role

• As a Project Manager A, you will lead complex multidisciplinary HSE projects from initial concept through implementation and operational integration. You will work closely with safety specialists, operational departments, support functions, and external stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered successfully.
• This role requires strong project governance capabilities, change management expertise, and the ability to translate strategic objectives and regulatory requirements into practical, measurable outcomes.
