• Maintain logs for chemical levels and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Respond to pool-related guest requests and maintenance issues.
• Coordinate repairs and replacement of pool equipment.
• Support preventative maintenance programs across the property.
• Assist other engineering and maintenance team members as needed.
• Ensure work is completed according to company quality and safety standards.

Position Summary

The Pool Mechanic is responsible for maintaining swimming pools, water features, and related equipment to ensure safe, clean, and operational facilities for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Technical certification in pool maintenance, mechanical systems, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2–3 years of pool maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality environment
• Knowledge of pool filtration systems, pumps, and water chemistry
• Experience handling pool chemicals safely
• Knowledge of health and safety standards related to pool operations
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and filtration issues
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
