Job summary

Intralox in the Netherlands seeks a Customer Service Account Representative who speaks Polish and English to support European B2B customers. You will handle inquiries, quotations, and orders while building strong relationships across sales, engineering, and logistics.

Based at our EMEA HQ in Hoofddorp, you will collaborate with Account Managers, identify opportunities, and contribute to growth in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education.
• At least 2 years of experience in account management, sales support, customer service, or a similar commercial role.
• Fluency in English and Polish (additional European language a plus).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Commercial awareness and readiness to identify opportunities.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about products and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and orders accurately to deliver a reliable customer experience.
• Build trusted B2B relationships and advise on products, pricing, lead times, and solutions.
• Coordinate technical enquiries and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely outcomes.
• Partner with Account Managers to support accounts, growth initiatives, and commercial opportunities.
• Proactively identify customer needs, recommend value-added solutions, and support sales activities.
• Maintain accurate customer data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
