Job summary

Intralox is hiring a Customer Service Account Representative (Danish speaking) to support our EMEA team from Hoofddorp. You will manage inquiries, quotes, and orders while cultivating strong, long-term B2B relationships.

Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to resolve challenges and drive commercial growth in an international setting. You bring 2+ years in a related role, strong English and Danish language skills, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, sales support or customer service, preferably B2B.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and willingness to learn about products.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and orders to deliver reliable service.
• Build trusted B2B relationships and advise on products, pricing, and lead times.
• Coordinate technical enquiries and collaborate with internal teams for timely outcomes.
• Partner with Account Managers to support accounts and growth opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and suggest value-added solutions; support sales activities.
