Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education.
• At least 2 years in account management, sales support, or a commercial role (B2B preferred).
• Business-level fluency in English and Spanish.
• Commercial awareness and opportunity recognition.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and orders to deliver a reliable experience.
• Build trusted B2B relationships and guide on products, pricing, and lead times.
• Coordinate technical inquiries and collaborate with internal teams for timely outcomes.
• Support Account Managers to drive customer accounts and growth opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and propose value-added solutions to aid sales.
• Maintain accurate customer data and contribute to continuous improvement.
