Job summary

Intralox, a global leader in conveyance solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Account Representative who speaks Danish and English to join the EMEA Customer Service team in the Netherlands. You will handle enquiries, quotations, and orders while building long-term B2B relationships and supporting Account Managers in growth initiatives.

Based from our EMEA headquarters near Amsterdam, you’ll collaborate across Sales, Engineering, Production, Credit and Logistics to deliver timely, accurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education.
• At least 2 years of experience in account management, sales support, customer service, or another commercial role preferably supporting B2B customers.
• Business-level fluency in English and Danish.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and orders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Build trusted B2B relationships with customers and advise on products, pricing, lead times, and solutions.
• Coordinate technical enquiries and collaborate with internal teams for timely outcomes.
• Partner with Account Managers to support accounts, growth opportunities, and commercial initiatives.
• Identify customer needs, recommend value-added solutions, and support sales activities.
• Maintain accurate customer data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
