Job summary

Huxley is seeking a Junior Project Manager/Graduate to provide essential operational and administrative support to the Lead PMO on the New ERP - BTL on RISE programme. You will help with governance, reporting, data hygiene, and daily ways of working, acting as the PMO's operational engine.

You will coordinate meetings, prepare packs, chase updates, and maintain templates and dashboards while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in project coordination, business administration, or operations support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate documentation.
• Baseline proficiency in PM software, Excel, and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics and deliverables for PMO meetings and governance forums.
• Prepare presentation packs, capture accurate minutes, and track action items to closure.
• Chase updates from workstream leads and ensure data completeness for dashboards.
• Monitor RAID log, update owners, and track mitigation deadlines.
• Handle PM software references (Jira, Confluence) and template maintenance.
• Assist with project expenses and highlight variances against baselines.
• Provide day-to-day PMO administration including calendar management and logistics.
