Job summary

EMEA Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join an international engineering-focused environment. You will work with the Operations Director to integrate manufacturing operations, drive efficiency improvements and deliver a critical transformation programme.

The role involves coordinating across manufacturing, supply chain, planning and quality, with Stedi leadership across multiple functions and regions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' project management experience in operations, supply chain or transformation.
• Proven success delivering cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex projects.
• Experience with SAP, ERP systems or operational integrations is advantageous.
• Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2 or PMP qualifications would be beneficial.
• Fluent English; Dutch or another language is an advantage.

Working closely with the Operations Director, you will support the integration of manufacturing operations, improve operational efficiencies and ensure the successful delivery of a business-critical transformation programme.
