About the role

We're looking for an experienced Business Expert - Delivery Support to act as a key link between business, operations, technology and change.

This is a senior individual-contributor role with significant influence across complex transformation initiatives. You'll help turn business strategy into practical processes, systems and ways of working, while bringing together stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or provide subject-matter expertise across major transformation and change initiatives

About you

• The ability to work effectively without direct management authority

• Experience in financial services, professional services or another complex regulated environment is advantageous
