Job summary

Adyen in New York City is seeking a (Senior) Platform Offering Manager to own the long-term strategy, product offering, and performance for the platform segment. You will resolve friction, identify opportunities, and drive change across the organization.

You will drive GTM strategy for growth of existing customers, partnering with verticals, product, and sales to translate feedback into roadmap decisions and adoption. Willingness to travel up to 15% is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience, ideally combining a Consulting / Investment Banking background with hands-on ownership at a technology company.
• Experience in payments or fintech is a plus.
• Navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric with external relationships and partners.
• Go-to-market strategy and execution with data-driven perspectives.
• Translate customer feedback into tangible business cases; influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Offering Commercialization: craft scalable packaging and narrative for offerings across verticals and regions.
• Customer Insights & Product Prioritization: build direct customer relationships and translate feedback into roadmaps.
• Go-to-Market & Commercial Enablement: partner with GTM leads to execute strategies and enable commercial teams.
