Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned technology leader to drive the Global Data & Analytics Platform. You will guide multiple teams, align roadmaps with the Product Owner and Solution Architect, and push for autonomy and continuous improvement across the organisation.

You will partner with stakeholders to ensure the platform delivers value, balances risk, and remains aligned with corporate objectives, while maintaining strong business English communication.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles within complex IT environments.
• Experience managing 30–50 employees and leading multiple teams.
• Knowledge of DevOps in scaled agile settings and data environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams working on the organisation-wide Global Data & Analytics Platform.
• Align priorities, roadmaps and contributions with the Product Owner and Solution Architect.
• Initiate and implement process improvements while keeping teams engaged.
• Increase team autonomy to enable faster, more predictable value delivery.
• Connect technical decisions to organisational objectives and user needs.
• Report to a Senior Tech Lead and collaborate with stakeholders.
